I looked at the alien ware, but its just a little too expensive since you have to buy the drive, windows and everything.

My wife is a serious gamer (we looked at the Alienware laptop, but ,000 is a bit much.) She bought an older model of http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=5270805&CatId=4938 and is very happy with it. It should run just about any game out there today.
